    You are doing a great job! I like how you showed the difference in an “actual” serving portion and what we would typically eat as a serving.   3. I have similar containers. I just got them before Christmas. It’s not beach body brand, but still the same concept. I even think the containers on the same size.

    Today, I had a similar thought you had with cereal when I filled and empty the dairy/good fat container with cottage cheese.
